Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Whitu is the seventh iteration, hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Taiheke and Simcoe. Heaps of citrus flavour with a hint of pine. Delicious!
