Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Tekau is the tenth iteration, hopped with Sabro, Galaxy and Wai-iti. We get a Pina Colada character from the Sabro, tropical/ citrus fruit from the Galaxy and sweet floral notes from the Wai-iti.
