Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Tekau ma rua is the twelfth iteration, hopped exclusively with Zythos from the US. Its known for the lovely notes of grapefruit, pine and pineapple it gives, all of which are present here.
