Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Waru is the eight iteration, hopped with an all New Zealand hop trio of Nectaron, Taiheke and Riwaka. Aromatic and tropical with pillowy mouthfeel.
