Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Iwa is the ninth iteration, hopped with an all-American hop trio of Simcoe, Mosaic and Sabro. Full of soft tropical fruit notes, with the Sabro just providing a hint of minty character.
