Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Tekau Ma Toru/13 is hopped with Sabro, Nectaron and Amarillo. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit flavour with that distinctive coconut/ mint character from Sabro.
