Waipara is a world-class wine region just down the road from our brewery. It also translates to muddy water, which we think is a pretty apt name for a New England IPA. A rotating (and heavy-handed) hop recipe brings fresh, tropical flavours and punchy aromatics.
Tekau ma tahi is the eleventh iteration, hopped with a couple of American classics; Citra and Mosaic. Lots of delicious citrus character and a hint of berry/ tropical from the Mosaic.
