Our taproom concept is very simple. 16 taps pouring beer straight from the brewery next door, great local wine from the Waipara Valley, and delicious pizzas coming straight out of our wood-fired oven.

Rakau & Motueka
Fresh Hop Pale Ale
Fresh hop pale ale using Canterbury grown Motueka and Rakau sourced from Freestyle Hops and Lincoln University. This beer gives punchy citrus notes from the Motueka which is supported by the stone fruit notes of the Rakau. Motueka dry hop addition to give aromatic intensity.

Long, White Cloudy
Hazy Pale Ale
The little brother to our 'Waipara' series; this is a sessionable, slightly drier hazy Pale Ale hopped with Nectaron and Riwaka. The same haze and delcious hop character, but at a more sessionable alcohol level

Calippo
Pineapple and Raspberry Gose
Our latest Gose has been fruited with pineapples and raspberries. Its fresh, fruity, vibrant and refreshing. We did use a little lactose in this one so its not suitable for people who are lactose intolerant.

Apple Cider
A bright, fruity cider made with Braeburn and Royal Gala apples. Very cloudy with some residual sweetness.

Gourmet Traveller
Strawberry, Basil & Pink Peppercorn Gose
A delicate and delicious gose with subtle sweetness from the strawberry,punchy aroma from local Amberley basil, with a hint of pepper coming through on the finish.
