Our taproom concept is very simple. 16 taps pouring beer brewed on site, accompanied by delicious wood-fired pizza, burgers, small plates, and a range of local Waipara wines. Please scroll down to see our full menu.

Husk
Coconut Tropical Stout
A Tropical Stout conditioned on coconut. A cold ferment delivers a light body with some lovely tropical esters. Includes a traditional molasses addition for a hint of silky sweetness.
After the rain
Nectaron & Sabro APA
The seasonal APA we roll out every winter, with tropical Nectaron combining with complex Sabro. Bright, fresh and fruity with low bitterness, and a hint of woody complexity.

Apple Cider
Medium cider made from Braeburn and Cox’s Orange apples from Mill Orchard in Loburn.
land of the long, white cloudy
Hazy Pale Ale
The long white cloudy, our sessionable hazy pale ale, has been so popular it's become a regular brew. Hopped with a couple of our favourite kiwi varieties; Nectaron and Riwaka. Fresh fruity and lifted.
Leithfield
Lager
Our first crack at a classic 'European' lager. Still a reasonable amount of hop character via additions of Motueka and Saaz hops, but a super light, clean and fresh body. Very drinkable.
